Lyrical Host is a great hosting company. I was with them for give months before switching to Agathon and loved everything about them.

Their customer service was great, their technical support was extremely helpful, and their prices are very reasonable.

Also, when comparing them to nearly any other company they are faster, which makes it not only easier to work, but also increases RPMs.

Lyrical Host offers SSL web space and is hosted on shared cloud servers.

Agathon Group

Agathon is premium hosting using cloud hosting on dedicated server that aren’t shared with other sites.

When I was first switching from Bluehost I had looked at Agathon and chose Lyrical Host because of the price.

However, when Midiavine informed me that my site could be faster, and knowing that speed makes a big difference in ad revenue which I discovered when I switched my WordPress theme to Trellis, I knew I should switch.

Just the month before Agathon released their super fast and light weight “next gen” hosting that is noticeably faster than Lyrical Host.

As soon as I switched, I saw a boost in my RPMs and again when I added their CDN option for an extra $20.

I chose Agathon’s CDN over Cloudflare because it was built with Trellis in mind and Agathon generally takes Mediavine ads into consideration.

Final Thoughts

If you do not have ads on your site, Lyrical Host is probably a better bet and if you aren’t signed up with them you can use the discount code “Buisness” for an extra 10% off.

However, if you work with a major ad network such as Mediavine, the boost in speed you get from Agathon more than covers the difference in cost.
